Opportunity Description: Social Media Intern
Gardner Tanenbaum Holdings is a fully integrated real estate development company that operates four premier apartment communities in Oklahoma City. We are looking for an intern who is a self starter, gifted in social media applications and can work in a fast paced environment. The selected individual will be challenged to inaugurate & train existing staff to maintain social media strategies for our properties that will create brand awareness, drive new traffic to the communities and retain existing residents. The intern will also be charged with researching & contacting individual and group networking contacts. Requirements:
• Students pursuing Marketing, PR or like business degree preferred
• Must provide own transportation to various sites & venues.
• Able to work 12 – 20 hours per week (flexible but defined schedule).
• Good computer, communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment and act with a sense of urgency
